Pay range competitive only for new employees and does not show that the company values existing employees with their knowledge, experience and tenure
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are losing prospect customers to our competitors and we are not maintaining our competitive position in the industry. WIthout significant improvements and investments in technology and product roadmap this will continue to decline and lose market share, revenue, customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the last 4 years, pay increases have not kept up with inflation so the real value of our pay has had steadily declined over time. More effort should be made to reward those that are critical to the success of the business.
