Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
to be paid equal to what I would have been paid if I had been hired off the street instead of an internal transfer. Also to be paid market level.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
same struggles year after year with my work. Very little improvement year after year. Do not have a career path nor do I know if I will ever be promoted and paid to match the level of work I am expected to maintain.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
my pay does not match my work performance and responsibility level compared to market standards and what I would have been paid if I had joined this team as an outside employee. Also my position level is way below the level I should be considering the responsibility I am expected to maintain.
