Have great experience working with Sabre especially my team. The only worry i have is the layoff that Sabre does every few years and no one is immune to that.

Great company with benefits. Compensation could be better. However Sabre always layoff emplyees regardless of how the ecomony is doing which makes one unsecure about their job.

Accepting of LGBTQ+ community and diverse cultures

Transparency and be forward with employees for any company or organization or project changes.

We work as a team/family. We help each other out in everyway we could.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customer resolving their issue. Would love to have face to face interaction with customer sometimes.

We work together like a family. We support each other and cover for each other when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sabre does not provide annual compensation for inflation which hit most people really hard the past few years.

Inclusion and Diversification has been a great culture Sabre promoted recently and hopefully will see this continue and put into actions.

Recent Inflation has had a big impact on my financial but little has been done by Sabre to help employee with this issue.
What makes you most happy at work?
Able to help customers with their issues so they can have smooth flight operation. Know that i have the support from my co-worker whenever i needed it
