I have had a great experiance till COVID hit 2020 . Been downhill since then.

I have had a good career . In the past I have been on real close, inteactive teams I really miss the interaction with a team, the last 2-3 years have been almost non existant.

I have not had a merit raise in years . Others around me have .

I would feel more valued if Iwas given a promotion and raise without asking for it , when others with the same time and less responsibility with company have .
