The market rate for my skills is significantly higher. Sabre needs to step up compensation to compete in the marketplace.

I am approached by recruiters several times a year for jobs that pay around 50-60% more than I currently make. While I do like Sabre, I find those opportunities to be indicative of the actual market for my skillset.
