Our team works very hard but is great about taking a few minutes to laugh together and check in on each other on a personal level.

The level of honesty and transparency. I feel like they have successfully outline the vision for Sabre and are doing their best to align the organization to achieve our goals.

I personally think time away from the office is extremely important for all employees. Sabre's PTO policy and Year End Break allows employees the opportunity to disconnect, travel, and spend time with family.
