Kurt leads from the front with a clear strategy. It is not apparent that the rest of the ELT has the same clarity, competency and urgency.
Salary and Bonus portion is competitive to market, but Sabre's equity plan is significantly lower to many local tech companies. Sabre should consider a higher allocation of equity to leadership roles and tie it to individual performance.
