Overall favorable. We have very strict project deadlines being imposed on us to vacate data centers & move to the Cloud so it requires to put in a lot of hours due to sheer volume of emails, Rally updating, meetings, etc. I usually have to do non-urgent emails every night.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leaders are approachable. With COVID not as bad, they try to do fun, employee gatherings/events.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Support each other when on PTO/OOO. Everyone pitches in. We can be candid with each other.

Variable Compensation Plan (when Sabre is able to pay it out) & our Health Benefits are good.

Obviously my payroll check but our benefits are VERY good. Particularly our Health Benefits & matching of 401K
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The collaboration & getting thing s done. Also our Diversity & Inclusion Programs. Sabre has made GREAT strides in Diversity & Inclusion which is very important.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent. They are again sharing VCP information which wasn't shared much the past 5-6 years. This is important because I think it reminds/reinforces in employee's minds that expense watching/cutting is as important as revenue as both have an impact on VCP.
