Since I have been a Sabre (little over two years) there has been a sense of insecurity. Constant changes in executive leadership. Poor communication. Loss of manager recently has me feeling insecure in my job security. Lack of acknowledgement and recognition for projects and job well done.

I do not interact with leadership team
What makes you most happy at work?
productivity, organization, vendor relationships and communication
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have aske for a higher bonus payout but was denied.

We work well together and have each other to have honest conversations
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A lot of uncertainty and lack of job security at this time.

We are a team, we help each other, have each others backs, have fun, celebrate and support each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel we need a COL adjustment to our salary as COL has increased dramatically over the past 2-3 years but our pay has not kept up with that increase.
