I love Sabre. I do feel valued. I could offer more but feel that my role is a little stuck due to location and opportunities. I have been told I am unable to apply for roles as I am too expensive to replace. I am so valued it stunts my advancement. The roles are allocated to cheaper regions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate what is happening in the business. This always puts a clear perspective on how our roles impact.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Today - the end of year break. Volunteer days - I love these as it enables me to help out during the week - when the help is required at most.
What makes you most happy at work?
My interacts with colleagues and customers. My role means that I speak to all different people from all different areas of the business. I also have expanded my role so learning new skills is using my skills and learning new ones.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration. They are always there to help with answers to issues and questions. Vice versa. I believe that the way I interact with my team colleagues means that they react positivity to me. Treat people how you wish to be treated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work remotely so interaction with colleagues is important. I have many chats with colleagues around the world and locally. I visit the office at least once a month and attend a regional meeting once a week. This keeps me in touch with my colleagues that aren't part of my team regularly.
