Flexibility to work from home is great, especially with the long work hours, and need to support EMEA and US hours meetings
Many company level calls, such as SED talk, Ask me anything etc, are organised at unreasonable hours for the APAC team. It makes me feel like teams outside of the US will always need to accommodate headoffice timings for such communication events, that we are not important, at the fringe & 2nd rate
