Up until COVID we were hitting great targets and winning lost of customers. I feel our Product range is being stripped back and we are losing our edge over competitors. I do not understand our current Product Dev as it does not seem to meet the needs of customers I deal with.

Working with customers and finding great solutions for them. Building presentations and training sessions. The laughter with others around the staff kitchen.
