Basically it is a good company. There is always a fear when we will be replaced. As such, should I give my 100% to the company?

Staff that are productive in their job are not properly compensated as compared to those who talk and unproductive. In short, productive staff are not valued in the company.

Less unproductive meetings on a particular day

Able to get job done. Having nice colleagues. Knowing we still have a job in Sabre.

I work much more than most of my seniors and take initiative in my work. However, I have not seen how I am being compensated.

There is no difference in the job requirement / responsibilities between my Team Lead and Principal. In fact, I am doing more what they are currently doing.
