What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More flexibility would be needed even though going to the office and socializing is particularly extremely important during some periods in which there could be more business trips or WFA.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The values they share make me feel really part of a high-level team without considering my job role is much lower than theirs. This really teaches me how to be a better professional and person. Leaders giving the example of how important is partnership in a team is something you do not always see.
