Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It was a great company when I join. Strong leadership, great direction. Everytime when encounter problem, you can trust your managers to give you guidance but this was not happened in the past 2 years. When I have problem, i need to go find my own solution, sometimes just given a name to go to.

Stress, heavy workload including emails, calls, target.

Regaular calls to update the sales

Coworkers willing to share information and work together

Understanding of different markets as well as workload of each employee

Less calls give us time to focus our work. Trust us

Share information, knowledges. Work as a team but now the morale is low

As AM we know our target and priority. All the calls are about pushing more sales. Recognition is very rare

Not easy to find work life balance as calls in different time zone which takes up the rest and family time

Workload is super high. Working hours are very long. Many times spending on calls especially in evening. Salary no equal to the amount of work
