The PTO allotment and the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

I'm happy that it's not monotonous. I never know what may pop up that I need to handle. I love supporting my teams.

I love assisting others and feel good when I can help by scheduling meetings that work for most, being a go-to person to answer questions about many things, including processes.
