Team is flat so few conflicts and everyone understands their role.

Sabre seems to be a company that gets on with it. Low politics if you are doing your job.

Compensation including more benefits that are non-financial i.e. a day or half day off on the last Friday of each month, better local and relevant discounts with vendors.

modern compensation plans should be money + leave. They need to include other relevant things such as lifestyle benefits, discounts to vendors in day to day life, greater individual education benefits.
