In general, employees are approachable and supportive. Have not gotten an opportunity to interact much with the leadership team so I cannot comment further.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
VCP structure is outdated and much below market norm. A good performer should be awarded more VCP. Also, consider internal equity when hiring someone new.
