Org structure keeps changing without tangible benefits and with all through those failed changes the same executive team sits. How and why?
Most teams in Sabre work with limited business and/or process knowledge and getting them to understand end-to-end process is almost impossible and never worked in past 8 years.
There is no "thanks saying" culture Or acknowledgement culture among the teams and higher managers feel there is no need to answer employees emails from below hierarchy. Insane culture!
Re-org happens almost every 2 years and teams have no chance to settle down and understanding the cohesive big picture of the business and ending up in silos one or otherway.
