Among teams i contributed alot and often asked to do more but in terms of pay wise the increment is not alot

Overall is positive, used to be very cold and if you are on global team practically you will have no team members close to you in person except virtually.

Able to complete a plan task daily make me happy as everyday i work long hours as too many item comes up and help form other team member needed

Low base salary with minimal increment and variable bonus. New hire has higher pay. Medical benefit for Specialist medical needs further review as it is too minimal. Annual leave is very little
