Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
May be it's the location / nature of the partnership, that I feel, company is yet to compensate based on the current job market. Also and not paying attention to ongoing economic crisis / higher inflation rates in certain markets / locations make compensation accordingly.
