Good company but don't feel valuing our customer.

Good one but not the best.

Everyone appreciate each ones' contribution.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Reduce unnecessary meetings and catch-up.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too many system defects and related e-mail from customers.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

More offline communication but nothing happened in past few years.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Account Management and effort to retain customer is not financialy rewarded.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

We need to have more resource in Customer Care and Product.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Hard to find the best things as it is too long since met f2f.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too much system defects and issues and those come to me because of poor CCD.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

AM is very undervalued. The portfolio revenue commission has been reduced while we don't get compensation for CRS renewals in most cases.
