One thing I admire the most at Sabre is the great team culture. Management sees us as humans vs. just a resource. They are ready to support you when any hard situations come up be it personally or professionally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As someone who had joined earlier than Covid, I feel we have taken a lot of loss wrt compensation. In spite of all the work, we have not seen fair hikes or bonuses come our way. Single-digit hikes after 2 years of not having an assessment was a huge let down.
