Fully cooperative, good bonding, full understanding and respecting. Manager is really very good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not up to standards. Weekend on-call allowance was very very low compare to outside market. There are no perks to tell notably. During promotion not giving industry standard hike. They should give industry standard hike during promotions and other benefits(like weekend oncall allowance and other)
