I think market correction needs to be happened as we get less compensation compare to outside markets.

I know and can understand Sabre's financial situation now but Market correction needs to happen for sure when it comes to merit increase.

Need to increase the compensation to existing employees with respect to their experience and level. Sabre is giving fantastic compensation for new joiners but at the same time they need to think of existing employees too who has been serving the company for many years with high sincerity and loyalty
