Yes, compared to my experience and my knowledge am completely undervalued and underpaid compared to industry standards as well as Sabre standards
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay as per the person's skillset and market standards. The leadership is happy to leave the employees and then hire new ones at higher pay than paying a decent compensation to the existing employees. They seem to never consider the individual's experience/knowledge in a particular product.
