Improve day-to-day Employee experience. More focused work , rather than a lot of meetings and churn.
Look from a wider perspective what is expected from them, not just do what it looks at first sight what needs to be done.
Have a clear goal for each day/week/month and spend majority of time on it instead of multiple meetings and unrelated stuff. Do technical work rather than Outlook/Excel/meetings.
More time spent on actual work. Less on meetings & churn It is hard to get commitment /decision from people you need it from. It should be easier.
