open door culture is what i feel is the best and they value the opinions of all the employee
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Looking at the markets outside i dont feel i am equally compensated , so making it as per the current market will make me feel better

Associate gets paid the same as seniors, so i do not see any differentiation between us but we do thrice as much work and more loyal to the company than them.
