Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be good to appreciate the effort we take. It's irritating that I have to wait 1,5 year to get any kind of promotion.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The thing I mentioned before with waiting minimum 1,5 year for promotion. I believe I should be promoted if I am performing good enough to be promoted. And there is no self-development plan, everything is only concentrated around the daily work.
