I have been a loyal, committed and hard working employee for a long time. I deeply value whatever Sabre as a company has done for me. I am deeply concerned about my team and their well being. We are not doing some of our teams right when it comes to career planning and promotions

No clear career path or planning in place especially in the services organization. Even leadership are not certain as to what career growth path people have
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is complete opaqueness on the salary structure and different folks in the same designation have pay bands that differ. Absolutely no consideration for long term loyal employees have delivered above and beyond for years!
