My experience at the company has been largely positive. I appreciate the collborative and supportive environment, where team members are always willing to help each other. The leadership is approachble and transperant. The company culture promotes a healthy work-life balance.

They are transperant with the employees on the company performances as well as any upcoming decisions. They are also very much action oriented.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Limited growth oppertunities with little room for career development. The expectations and feedback are not aligned with the career growth and are not fully appreciated. Compensations percentage is lower compared to the similar roles as per market standards.
