Customer, Team engagement. Every day there is something new to learn and coordinate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency, focus on core business and efforts being made to bring back Sabre credibility which in turn will help Sabre and its employees grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the current inflation I believe I am not a par with the market standards there is scope of improvement with recent changes our workload has increased but compensation has not.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Welcoming, ready to help, participate and partner to achieve an objective. Every team member even the senior most member is approachable. I am glad to be part of such a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, Rigor, and Passion each of the leader possess; I recently had an opportunity to share breakfast table with Sean Menke in Delhi and I am profoundly enthralled with his personality. True leader and a modest human being.
