It was good initially =, company has always encouraged me in my career aspirations and given me opportunity to switch. But, my last role, I feel lost, as I do not have a mentor leader who can guide me in my new role. There is a lac of clear direction/ objectives for my new role/ org too.

We have each others back, cover for each other in the time of need

I find that my pay in fair, if not above compared to peers in the industry

Lac of clear goals within my organization for my area. Despite a year into my new role, it is hard to get leaders in my org to discuss and form a clear strategy/ goals for my work area.
