Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
whenever the team members are move from one BU to other the promotions will not be conducted fairly, it would take again long time to prove in new BU. so i am not satisfied with the strategy they follow for promotion , and intern it affects the compensation too.
