Transparency with Sabre employees, ability to explain the current situation and a strategic vision of the future of Sabre products
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People work together and help each other to achieve the best results. Many managers are discussing their decisions with the employees and are ready to hear their opinion.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Team is doing its best to help our customers to succeed. I think, it's really outstanding, that all our team members are located in the different countries, but are able to work together and help each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my country almost all perks and many trainings are unavailable, I want to get a fair compensation for it. I don't like the fact that company didn't take any actions to adjust my salary in accordance with the inflation level in my country due to the geo-political situation.
