The Work Culture and Environment is quite positive and not Stressful.

Provides Regular Updates on the Direction they are pushing the company towards

Allowances and Cab Facility and that Company pays for Sodhexo over and above the Salary package.

Reaching out to more experienced/senior staff for assistance is usually not an issue and help is offered without hesitation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since I have joined the Company, many of the merits and hikes have been low stating company's state of affairs, budgeting issues, etc but my performance is usually appreciated. Hence, at times, it feels like putting in the extra time or effort is unrewarded.
