There are no perfect company in the world and I would say Sabre is one of the best place to work in my lifetime.
What makes you most happy at work?
Challenges comes to me everyday and I like to face it to feel success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Objective clear for future development of the company. Motivation employee to work towards the goal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is one of the best team in the company. We do cover each other if they are busy or OOO.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The recent WFA culture is the most positive from my personal point of view. It helps to make work life balance much easier.
What makes you most happy at work?
Lots of things. Work with challenge every day, WFA that make life balance easier, happily discuss the challenge we have with team mate and etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team care about the innovation to make our product into the market and they also care about how employee to be work life balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The promotion of WFA. However, recently I have heard that some people cannot work into different country due to head count reason which it is a bit sad about that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do notice that our company were underpay compare to the market. However, we have benefit for WFA which compensate a bit. If our salary get closer to the market, it will benefit more.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Luckily I have been working in one of the best team within SHS and all of our team mate are willing to help and/or cover the works when others are busy. So it like a soccer game that someone will move into position when others are out.
