It's a great company overall, great people, but some places could use a better SVP/VP level leadership.

Interaction with my team, and local site people.

They're just great bunch of people. On and off work, really great people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Delivery is important, but sometimes leadership - especially VP and below, looses track of human aspect.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Give Together. Almost all people on IC path, are just great, human oriented, kind people. Some on management path too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If compensation would reflect at least the actual local market average. It's sad, seeing most job postings include ranges 60-150% my salary.
