The company car and the possibility to review on yearly basis the annual base salary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm very committed to our intent to improve a D&I culture. Flexible working is also fantastic!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Giving this response, I rever to our executive leadership. I appreciate their communication capabilities. Effective, clear and constant, even if there is a huge geographical distance between us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is really hierarchical and honestly, I don't appreciate that. I work very well with my peer. We support each other and share experiences and knowledge that might help the rest of the group. This helps me bracking the silos built upon hierarchy.
