What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Insufficient team size results in 1) Too much multitasking and 2) Mistakes being made (or cutting corners). Individual contributors are working at quite high efficiency, so the best way to resolve would be to hire and train additional team members.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Constructive and transparent communication regarding market conditions and Sabre strategy to deal with changing travel landscape. Going back to 2020, I liked the way leaders dealt with the pandemic crisis - by making difficult but necessary decisions and using this as an opportunity to grow.
