Great, amazing atmosphere, amazing people, great benefits, work life balance. Company is doing/trying it's best. Do not feel confident about it's future, feeling we are loosing market in time. Uncertain about the VP's decisions. Hate middle management politics. Dislike common unproductive meetings.
It is a good company with a serious potential, amazing and very knowledgeable and dedicated people. Sinking for years due to middle management and leaders wrong decision, battles to hold their positions forever regardless of the value their products bring to the customers, spending money in vain.
They try something new, still without success.
Private medical coverage much better than national.
They are extremely helpful whenever required.
Everyday something new, building, creating, inventing.
They help me to grow.
They attempt to make changes ongoingly, seeking for the best solution.
I love solving problems, meeting with people, bringing value to everyone around.
That people not only blame and see problems but attempt to solve it.
The fact people (most of times) want to help each other and want to share knowledge.
Private Health Care, with some issues, but still the best. Avoiding huge queues in the public one.
Everyone is helpful, in general positive. No blaming, no seeking guilty when mistakes are made. Constructive feedback provided.
We have a mediocre team (in terms of skills) with few exceptions. Among 15 people there are only 4 stars (including PM). I love working with them and actually everyone who wants more, gives more and cares, luckily there are 3 people who want that.
I know I earn less than the average person on the same position despite the fact I have always been told I exceed expectations and despite the fact I always reach all goals. There is no way to change it. Natural solution for me is to change the team, what I don't want doing, not yet.
