My experience has being pleasant. Although there are areas of improvement but focusing on the positives, the experience has been pleasant. I would have preferred it to be more meaningful and rewarding. Hopefully that would happen in coming years.

My own passion towards the world of travel.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and commitment towards Employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better alignment across regions. Getting things done is a extremely difficult and very bureaucratic. Smooth transition of tasks is not possible. Active Collaboration is often lacking.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better reward structure with more transparency. Currently reward structure is not fully performance based but is applied as an average. Performance based reward structure benefitting the high performing individual and giving proper and timely recognition is currently lacking.
