It is difficult to bring nuance to the answers/ ratings of this survey. When I started 8 years ago it was a different energy and drive internally to succeed. We have become more like the company that we didn't want to be with procedures, admin, less empowerment. We need excitement to be succesful

Put great plans into action and try to involve everyone also in remote regions.

The drive to succeed and be the number 1 travel tech company in the world
What makes you most happy at work?
Signing new deals with prospects that have been working with either Amadeus or Travelport for over 20 years
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At the moment there are many job offers and active recruiters who offer better salaries, bonus structures and additional perks that are better than Sabre.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are fun and knowledgeable colleagues who I like to work with. It would be nice to have a face to face team meeting after 2.5 years but unfortunately there is nothing in the agenda or being planned.
