Friendly environmental, great people, helpful people, nice office, great HC taking care in any topic you might have, Leaders are are always supportive and I can feel that I'm not alone with some difficult tasks. Fantastic help desk when you have any issue.

New challenges, that what I'm doing is helpful to move forward with company goals, my work is respectful and needed, that I'm involved to important topics for the department and company. Also hearing good words from other Managers about my work. Perceive my work by others.
