Best things about my team is that each one of them is very cooperative and helpful to each other even in odd times. Blame or wrong doing is taken as a collective effort and looked in a positive way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sabre's compensation structure and promotion cycle is not as per market standard. They dont revise their compensation structure annually hence lagging behind the market. Also the benefits are very low balled as compared to the one given by other companies.
