The history of the company
Working on new ideas, meeting people with deep knowledge
Looking at the future, concern about getting and acting on feedback
Passionate and knowledgeable with what they do and how they do it
Interacting with people and discovering the complexity in the company and its products
We need to have more focus on improvements, on sharing interactions and on creativity
The stock plan. This provides incentive that aligns my future with the company's future
The stock options. I know they are down now, but they give me motivation and a "skin in the game" to help the company improve
The clarity that the Chief Product Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information officer bring clarity to our goals at the highest level, however the execution of these and the direction at the CEO level is gray
