I have been with Sabre for a while and seen a lot of changes. Not all changes are good - I like stability and my comfort zone where I am confident of making right decisions. Constantly changes proccesses, web pages, tools (for example Kronos to Workday) create chaos and frustration.

Their approach to treat all employees equal.

I miss culture we shared few years ago. Now all employees are just demanding.

they keep scheduling regular meetings and send emails at regular basis to provide information and answer questions.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
we get used to work from home and now I need time to adjust again to going to the office. It takes me to much time to get there and back
