
I'm happy with my current position at Sabre. As a younger employee, it would be great if Sabre can have a mentor-mentee program. Guidelines from experts in Airlines Business, Airlines IT and Airlines Distribution would help discover potential competence from younger employees.

1/I have not seen a career path for me. 2/ I don't know the differences between senior account director and account director in term of responsibilities, jobs descriptions, work load... Whilst I heard the the salaries for these 2 positions are quite different
As an AD, I have contributed considerably to the VNA GDS 5 year renewal in 2022. However, AD position was not counted for CTOV. Besides, as an AD handling an PSS/ top 15 account, I should be connected more with Dallas team through meetings, events.
