Pro: The company culture is nice. Team members are nice. New technologies to learn. Con: Too many changes in strategy is worrying. Salary is not normalized for old employees. No much benefits apart from salary Sometime it is worrying that i might loose the job

Sometime the works are repetitive which makes no interest to work.

Nice team & always help each other. Learning new things and up-to-date with technologies.

The sabre policies keep changing & not able to use practically what we learned from development plan.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My base mid salary was around 5400000 and i am getting around 3300000 which is very less from my mid range infect it is less than low range. I have spent more than 7 years in saber but my salary is never normalized with sabre standard.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

There are too many frequent changes in the vision. Every year they have a new vision. We are not building any new product to attract customer rather we are completely busy in migration without thinking about the performance or quality. We lost so many good talents which impacted delivery of product.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My salary is not normalized even after spending nearly 7 years in sabre. Each year it is the same reason "no budget".New employees are getting more hike & old employees are not considered. My salary is 20% lower to my " low salary value".For same position other companies paying more salary.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Every year we see a change in strategy which is worrying everyone. There is no salary gap fix for old employees, every year we hear the same "no budget". Hike is poor every year even after putting double the effort, so i feel leadership team should takecare of employees instead of wrong investment
