more accessible stock option program for all levels. more transparent process of VPC, clear statements about expected indexation YoY, especially in situations where the inflation is so high around the world

salary are not up to date to what we can see on the market. I would expect more benefits which could convince to visit the office, focus on team integration after the working hours and activities which does not require the Internet connection.
